What is my chance to get into University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign?

I am Asian. International student. Lived in Virginia for 4yrs (5 until college) Wanted to apply to U of I Engineering. My info: Weighted GPA: 4.04 Unweighted: 3.78 No Ranking in my school SAT 1720 (V-490, M-720, W-510) SAT II Math lv2 800 AP Classes: BC Calc, Statistics, Computer Science AB, European History, American History, Language and Composition. 5 - BC Calc 4 - Stat. Others are not qualified. 3 yrs of computer classes Varsity Debate and Speech Team. Junior yr: Virginia State Policy Debate Champion. Rifle Team. National Honor Society. Technology Student Association. Honor Roll Regional Science Fair 2nd place 200 Volunteer work (Chess coach and library computer assistant) 1 month of work experience in a computer company (Nortel Networks) next verbal is going to be above 550, math ~750, writing ~580. Minimal. I want to ask what my chance to get into the Engineering Department. If I not qualified, what my score should be and what else can I do? Thanks and be honest.
