How do I get in contact with celebrity’s agencies or management?

I'm having a huge 13th birthday party. I've talked to my parents about it and everything and they said that I could have a celebrity guest perform at it. Money is not a problem. I just don't know how to get information about how to actually book th em. PLEASE HELP ME FAST!
