Golden Globes Best and Worst dressed lists?

Anybody else ever notice that it usually boils down to personal taste and who is doing the judging in these best and worst dressed lists? If "they" like you (at the moment) then you look fantastic...if they don't, "they" are brutal! Your thoughts? PS: And yeah, I KNOW that in the grand scheme of things, who wore what to do the Golden Globes pales into insignificance...it was on the Yahoo the news and it got my attention, just wanted to vent and see if anyone else agrees.
