I was wondering.... do cops who ju st graduated from the training academy have to deal with armed robberies, stolen car situations the moment they graduate? does the chief of police ever put him or herself in these dangerous situations? or do they just work in cosy offices while the trainees are doing the most dangerous tasks? Which rank officer has to do all the dangerous jobs?
